Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies or equipment?
Maid 4 Tenerife provides all cleaning products and equipment necessary to provide a thorough and complete clean.

Do I need to be at home when you clean?
This is your choice. You do not need to be at home when we clean, most clients provide a key.

How do I pay for the service?
For Holiday Apartments services are invoiced monthly. Payment for other cleaning services is invoiced and payable upon completion.

Is every place cleaned in the same way?
We offer a personalised service, if there is something you want done in a certain way we are here to listen and ensure our cleaning is carried out to your complete satisfaction.

What time can you clean?
We can clean from 7am until late, dependant on your requirements. Weekend cleaning is available please contact us for further details.

What if I am not satisfied with a clean?
We guarantee 100% satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our cleaning for any reason, contact us within 24 hours of the service and we will return the next day at our expense to correct the problem.
